RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We are committed to providing superior quality products for your
event. If you are not satisfied contact us within 30 days of receipt of your product (and in advance of your event)
and we will make it right for you.
We will be glad to make an exchange, issue a credit, or refund
your payment.
The item must be returned in its original condition - items with
signatures, markings or post manufacturer damage will not be accepted. Original packaging must be in tact and included
with the return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% re-stocking
fee.
To begin the exchange or return process please email our customer service department - type the word
"RETURN" in the subject line of your email. Please provide your contact information along with the reason
for your return.

Custom Signature Cloths are not elegible for exchange or return
unless defective.
NO TWO EXACTLY ALIKE
Each Signature Cloth is hand crafted therefore colors and embellishments
may vary from one to another. We reserve the right to alter embellishments at any time without advance notice.
While we can not guarantee exact color or style of embellishments, we do guarantee that your Signature
Cloth is made uniquely for you.
